favorite surf experience: going to costa rica with friends and enjoying awesome surf and enjoying being around such a different culture. people were interested in us since they don't see people from hawaii.
worst surf experience: mexico was the worst experience in my surfing life. all we did was get the runs and get pulled over by federalies and we didn't even get good waves. almost jumped into bed full of scorpions

favorite place to spend your day off: over by the west side called yokohama bay during a west swell and end of the day. sit there after surfing some good waves and kick back and drink some chilled beers and think "lucky we live hawaii."

what's your ultimate...
wish: everybody's dream comes true and the whole world learns and exercises the "aloha spirit." and one day the world will not have poverty and violence.
funny story about myself: well, i was a surfer much of my whole life and during high school i had to take a sport to graduate. i was too skinny for football so i took basketball. well one day during a game i was passed the ball, so with excitement i caught it and went and made a basket. only thing it was the other team's basket!
most embarrassing moment: the story about me running to the other team's basket.
moment of truth: i try to be a good person and try not to think of myself, well you have to admit being perfect is really hard, but i will try my hardest to be the best that i can be and i hope everyone does the same.
